Production Time

Art of Where orders can take longer for US-based businesses because of international shipping requirements. Our orders take around 2 weeks to arrive.

App Interface

The Art of Where web app can be difficulty or timely to load, but the mockup files are helpful. It would be nice to have a better Shopify integration instead of being heavily web based.

Customer Service

We haven’t had any customer service issues with Art of Where.

Product Quality

Art of Where sources quality fabrics and print materials and we have been impressed with print and product quality. If you order more than one (usually a minimum of 6), you can qualify for wholesale pricing which is a nice intermediate option for those starting to scale production.

Mockups

The Art of Where website has a product designing tool that is easy to use but could be better.
