What’s in the Teelaunch Print on Demand Product Catalog

Teelaunch started with tee shirts (hence the name), but now has an expansive catalog including headphones, beach towels, and laser etched wine tumblers. Here is a link to the full Teelaunch catalog. Teelaunch is good at identifying and adding new fun products. Some of our favorite unique print on demand products from Teelaunch are the hooded blankets, headphones, and laser etched products.

Teelaunch Pros and Cons

Production Time

Teelaunch has been fairly consistent in producing products on time. During Covid-19, we had backpack orders delayed a few months and the communication could have been better on production updates.

App Interface

The Teelaunch app is easy to use, and when you’re creating products like t-shirts you can select multiple options and publish them as one product which is nice. The app has built in quality control to get high design files that will work with their equipment, and has tutorials on design best practices for each product. Requesting samples and placing orders manually is a little clunky and could be improved.

Customer Service

Customer service is hit and miss. We had a faulty yoga mat take 2 months to resolve, but inquiries on sample orders have been handled quickly. While there are sporadic email newsletters, customer communication could be improved. Teelaunch doesn’t always announce when products are removed from the catalog so you may have products in your store that can’t actually be fulfilled.

Product Quality

Teelaunch tends to have some of the lowest prices, which in some cases is a reflection of product quality. However, quality has generally been acceptable.

Mockups

Teelaunch has improved their mockup generator over time and it’s nice to have the bleed areas shown when designing.
